Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

This policy explains what information Upscale Your Systems ("we", "us") collects when you use upscaleyoursystems.com and our Google Workspace setup service, what we do with it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email hello@upscaleyoursystems.com.

Information you give us

When you ask for a quote, place an order or contact us, we collect what you send: your name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your domain names, how many users you need, and the names of the people you want accounts created for. We use this to reply to you, set up the services you order, bill you and support you.

Information from our website

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver and protect the site. The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.

Google user data

To set up Google Workspace for you, we ask a Google Workspace administrator in your organization to connect their Google account to Upscale Your Systems through Google's sign-in and consent screen. The administrator chooses whether to grant access, and can withdraw it at any time.

What we access and why

Permission (scope)What we accessWhy
admin.directory.userUser accounts in your Google Workspace: names, primary email addresses and account statusTo create the mailboxes you order, and to update, suspend or remove them when you ask us to
admin.directory.domainThe list of domains in your Google WorkspaceTo add the domains you want to use for email and to check that they were added
siteverificationDomain verification tokens and verification status for your domainsTo prove to Google that you own the domains we add, using a DNS TXT record

We do not request access to Gmail messages, Drive files, Calendar events, Contacts or any other content in your users' accounts, and we cannot read it.

What we store

  • The OAuth access and refresh tokens Google issues when your administrator connects, so we can carry out the setup tasks you request.
  • Your Google Workspace customer ID and the domain names we add or verify.
  • The details of the accounts we create for you (names and email addresses), and the first-login passwords you ask us to set, so we can hand the accounts over to you. We ask your users to change their password at first sign-in.

How we use it

We use Google user data only to provide and support the setup features your administrator asked for: creating and managing user accounts, adding domains and verifying domain ownership. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to develop or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Our staff do not read Google user data except when you ask us to (for example, to fix a problem with your setup), when it's needed for security or abuse investigations, or when the law requires it.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Upscale Your Systems' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We do not share Google user data with third parties, except with the hosting and infrastructure providers that run our service on our behalf and only as needed to run it, when you tell us to, or when the law requires it. We never transfer it to data brokers or advertising platforms.

Keeping it safe

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). OAuth tokens are stored encrypted, and only the people who run the service can access them.

How long we keep it, and how to remove access

We keep OAuth tokens only while your Google Workspace stays connected to our service. To disconnect, a Google Workspace administrator can remove Upscale Your Systems in the Google Admin console (Security → Access and data control → API controls → Manage third-party app access) or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can also email us to disconnect you. When you disconnect or ask us to delete your data, we delete the tokens and the Google user data we hold about your organization within 30 days, except records we must keep for billing or legal reasons. Deleting our copy does not remove the accounts or domains we created in your Google Workspace; those stay yours.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@upscaleyoursystems.com. We reply within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use Google user data, we will tell connected administrators before it takes effect.
