Our Google Workspace setup app
How we connect to your Google Workspace to set it up for you, what we can and can't access, and how to disconnect.
Upscale Your Systems sets up Google Workspace for businesses that buy it through us. To save you hours of admin work, our setup app connects to your Google Workspace and does the technical steps for you: it adds your domains, proves to Google that you own them, and creates a mailbox for each of your employees.
Who uses it
Only our customers' Google Workspace administrators. You connect once, when we set up your account, by signing in with your administrator account on Google's consent screen.
What the app does
- Adds your domains to your Google Workspace, so your team gets email at your own domain.
- Verifies domain ownership with Google, using a DNS TXT record on your domain.
- Creates user accounts for the employees you list, and updates, suspends or removes them when you ask.

The app can't read your team's email, files, calendars or contacts, and it never asks for those permissions.
Your data
We use the access you grant only to carry out your setup. We don't sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Disconnecting
You can remove the app at any time in the Google Admin console (Security → Access and data control → API controls → Manage third-party app access), or by emailing us. The accounts and domains already created stay in your Google Workspace.
