Terms of Service
The terms for using our website and services.

These terms apply to your use of upscaleyoursystems.com and the services Upscale Your Systems ("we", "us") provides, including Google Workspace setup and resale. By ordering from us or connecting your Google Workspace to our service, you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you can bind that business.
What we provide
We resell Google Workspace subscriptions and set them up for you: creating your Google Workspace, adding and verifying your domains, configuring email records (MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC) and creating user accounts for your team. Other products listed on our website as "coming soon" are not yet available.
Google Workspace
Google Workspace is provided by Google. Your use of it is also governed by the Google Workspace terms you accept when you sign in, including Google's acceptable use policy. Google may change or suspend its products under those terms, and we can't override Google's decisions.
Connecting your Google Workspace
To do the setup, a Google Workspace administrator in your organization connects their account to Upscale Your Systems and grants the permissions described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that the person connecting is authorized to do so. We use that access only to carry out the setup you ask for. You can disconnect at any time.
Prices and billing
Prices are shown on our website in US dollars, per user per month, and depend on how many users you have. We bill monthly in advance. You can add users at any time; removed users stop being billed from your next billing period. Taxes are added where required.
Cancelling
You can cancel by emailing us. Your service continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Before cancelling, you can ask us to help transfer your Google Workspace to Google directly or to another reseller, so you keep your email and files.
Acceptable use
You must not use our services to send spam or unlawful messages, to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or in any way that breaks Google's policies. We may suspend service if you do, or if Google asks us to.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep setup accurate and our service available, but we provide it "as is", without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending the service
We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms. If we end it without cause, we'll refund any amount you've prepaid for the time after it ends.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll email you before they take effect.
